Protect the welfare of animals caught up in the pet trade‏

As you may be aware from our recent communications, OneKind is lobbying to modernise the laws that protect the welfare of pet animals for sale in pet shops and over the internet.

OneKind strongly believe that in our modern world, the Pet Animal Act 1951, no longer offers adequate protection for animals bought and sold in the commercial pet trade. In particular it does not properly address the welfare of non-domesticated animals, the rise in internet sales or welfare and mortality in the supply industry.

Please help us, by giving what you can to support this important campaign.
