California and illegal trapping

In response to a lawsuit filed by PETA and Arcadia, California, resident Sarah Rosenberg—and after more than 47,000 concerned citizens sent e-mails—the Arcadia City Council voted on Tuesday to rescind its plan to use cruel neck and leg snares to trap coyotes and then kill them. Share the news, and then speak up for other animals.

China and sea world

A Chinese real estate company has agreed to purchase the rights to open SeaWorld parks in China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. China has no federal animal welfare laws, so dolphins and whales would likely be treated as disposable commodities. Please urge Zhonghong Zhuoye Group to leave animals out of any new parks.
